A whole bunch of summer goodness.

Funny, all I had to do was look for it.  Seems the sunshine was here all along.

God is so good.  He doesn’t skip a single detail, even in the rough patches of this life.  Ultimately I know this.  His beauty is boundless and his mercy is made new with the gift of each day.  Thank you for the kind words and encouragement.  I feel revived, my eyes are once again open, soaking in the beauty of this life.

Charlie has taken full ownership of his big brother status.  These two play so well together, and its a privilege watch their friendship and love for one another grow.

Henry has become a grade-schooler overnight, my little boy keeps growing up.  Never running short of energy he fills his days with tennis lessons, bike rides and play time with neighborhood friends.  We have quiet time in the afternoon when we read chapter books together {lots of Henry Huggins} and talk about our day.  What warms my heart the most is his still infinite love and patience for his two little brothers.  Of course they have their sibling spats, but they not only play so well together, they clearly enjoy being together.

Life throwing you lemons during naptime?  Nothing like a little P90X lemonade!

Have I mentioned how much I love eating meals outside?  And no, it’s not just because of the scenery…

Yes, Henry we’re going on another walk…

Oh William, what are we going to do with you?  By about 10:00 a.m. every morning you look like this.  You love your dirt and seem to enjoy our new bath before nap routine too.

Still as opinionated as ever.

Except for when you’re not.  Love you little one.
