I have always been a firm believer in a good laugh. Even a little sarcasm now and again has gotten me out of some tough situations. But ever since Charlie was born I know that some wonder if they have to ‘tip-toe’ around the subject. Should they talk about the fact that he has Down syndrome? We do.
